Dr. Enayati’s considerable diagnostic and surgical skills allow Beverly Hills Advanced Pain & Spine to offer sophisticated treatments including neural mapping, allograft neural flossing, radiofrequency ablation, and spinal cord stimulation, which are not offered at all pain management practices. He also provides a comprehensive array of traditional pain management services with the highest standards of quality, precision, and personalization. Dr. Enayati also offers advanced regenerative medicine treatments, including stem cell injections and platelet-rich plasma (PRP) injections, that facilitate genuine healing and rejuvenation for damaged joints, muscles, and spine—often with truly remarkable results! He completed his Anesthesiology Residency at the University of Chicago and his General Surgery Internship at the University of California, San Francisco. Dr. Enayati attended medical school at Midwestern University and attended the University of California, Berkeley for his undergraduate education.

Dr. Charles Gruver is a fellowship trained Pain Medicine physician whose compassionate, patient-oriented approach to treatment is enhanced by his strong analytical and problem-solving skills. He joined Beverly Hills Advanced Pain & Spine with a strong knowledge base and a comprehensive understanding of a wide spectrum of treatment modalities. From traditional pain management options to cutting-edge services like PRP injections and neuromodulation, Dr. Gruver enjoys tailoring a treatment plan optimized to each patient’s individual needs.
Dr. Gruver earned his medical degree from The Boston University School of Medicine in Massachusetts. Upon graduating, Dr. Gruver returned home to California and completed his Anesthesiology Residency at the University of Southern California, which included The Keck Hospital of USC and The Los Angeles County Hospital. While at USC, Dr. Gruver authored and published multiple papers in the field of Pain Management. Dr. Gruver then went on to complete a Fellowship in Pain Medicine at the world-renowned Cedars-Sinai Medical Center. He is a member of numerous professional organizations, including The American Society of Anesthesiologists, The California Society of Anesthesiologists, and The American Society of Pain and Neuroscience.
